1. How do I get a copy of your artwork?
"Names Make Memories" is strictly an Internet enterprise, as a result we do not produce a paper catalog. Many of the prints we use are copyrighted, as a result we can not make them available to the public since they may be reproduced without the proper permission.

2. Where can I find the meaning or history of my Last name?
As of 06/18/2008 we have the capability of providing data regarding Last Names. Checkout Surnames on the product page.

3. Do you offer bulk discounts for large or group orders?
Sorry our prices are currently below many retailers offering the same products. If you live in Florida and have a Tax Certificate or Charity Exemption and would like to e-mail us that information we can waive the state sales tax on your purchase.

4. Can I get my Name Print by e-mail rather than having it mailed?
Yes you may, we can send you a PDF Transfer of the text containing your "First Name Print" which in turn you can print on your printer and on your artwork. You will receive the text only, the artwork will not be transmitted. PDF Transfers are available for the following formats; Single Name, Dual Name, Name Story and the letters from Santa, Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy. Make sure your system has a PDF reader before you order. To order select the PDF Format on the order page, enter the required information then click the "Add to Cart" Button. PLEASE make sure when you download the PDF that you actually print it out prior to deleting the file or you will have to reorder a new one.

5. Can I have both my First and Last Name listed on my print?
Sorry no, if we try to place booth first and last names or first name and middle initial on the print the program thinks it's all the first name and we get a jumbled mess.

6. I have a unique name or a unique spelling, can I still get a print?
Our data base has over 250,000 names in it. Many people have tried to make up a name or spelling we don't have. So far we have never been fooled, so chances are excellent we have your name. If for some reason we can't provide a print we will refund your purchase in full, at this point we have never had to make a refund.

7. I saw artwork I liked but it's not listed in the print format section that I want to order, how come?
We have grouped the different artwork pieces with the type of print format which we feel they would work best with. For example, the "Dual Name Print" works best with horizontal artwork. We can use vertical artwork but the print can be a little harder to read. If you see a piece of artwork you and it's not listed in the format you want just e-mail us and we can produce it or make other suggestion.
