Personalize Decorative Artwork and Gifts adorned with A First Name, it's Meaning, Origin and Associated Personal Traits. As an alternative you may select to use a Last Name.
Policies/Terms of "Names Make Memories"
REFUNDS = NO CASH REFUNDS! If your purchase is damaged do to our fault (Improper Packing) it will be replaced. Credit Cards WILL NOT be credited back. A refund may be issued if a replacement is not available.
RETURNS = If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item for a merchandise credit or exchange, NO REFUNDS. Buyer must contact "Names Make Memories" within three (3) days of receiving the merchandise to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are good for fourteen (14) days. The merchandise must be returned in the original package and in a new salable condition. The package must be post marked within three (3) days of the RMA number issue date. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Items returned without the original packing material or are not in salable condition will not be accepted. Packages with an expired RMA number will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Send returns to;

Any credit card information you provide to PayPal stays with PayPal, we do not see it. We simply get a payment confirmation notice. Payment must be made at time of purchase. Payment must be received within 24 Hours otherwise order will be canceled.
SHIPPING = Upon receipt of payment confirmation your purchase will be shipped out. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday unless they fall on a holiday, then we ship the following day (excluding weekends). We ship USPS Priority Mail. SORRY NO COD or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Please note we will not be responsible if your purchase is lost during shipping, you may want to consider shipping insurance - your decision.
SECURITY/PRIVACY = Your privacy and the security of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us. We DO NOT sell, rent or give away any personal data to anyone under any circumstances. NEVER HAVE and NEVER WILL!!
MINIMUM ORDER = We do not have a minimum order requirement, however keep in mind on small orders shipping may exceed the cost of the merchandise.
